Against a background of the general description of the structure and dynamics of water masses of the region a series of biological indices: bioluminescence, primary production, the number of bacteria and microzooplankton are characterized as dependent on the structure and dynamics. Some experimental results on nutrition, growth and fecundity of copepods are given.Рассматриваются преимущественно результаты гидрофизических и гидробиологических исследований юго-западного сектора Южно-Атлантического антициклонального круговорота. Анализируется структура водных масс региона и приводятся зависящие от них характеристики ряда биологических показателей — биолюминесценции, первичной продукции, численности микрозоопланктона бактерий. Приводится ряд экспериментальных результатов по питанию, росту, плодовитости копепод.ru
