Lipid and sterol fractions were determined as well. A high amount of sterols has been noted in mussels of the Crimean coast as compared to those of the north-western part of the Black Sea.Изучены основные биохимические компоненты (белки, липиды, стерины, углеводы) черноморских мидий, выросших на коллекторах Крымского и Одесского побережий и на естественных грунтах. Отмечены более высокие концентрации стеринов у мидий Крымского побережья по сравнению с таковыми северо-западной части Черного моря. Вариации остальных показателей незначительны.ru
