Experiments have been showed the next: when the Oxygen deficiency becomes 20 % of O2 saturation the intensity of oxygen consumption decrease; at the same time Nitrogen ammonium excretion increase in 2,5, 5 and 12 times in all investigated Fishes; c) under hypoxic conditions (20 % of O2 saturation) ratio O/N is less than 10.
