At the first stage characteristics of the copepod behaviour are as follows: total time of active searching for a prey, length of jumping and gliding when searching for a prey, duration of the rest period, the number of missings in attacking a prey, frequency оf empty movements of the oral appendages and the number of catching a prey. The second stage embraces duration of grasping and eating the prey. All mentioned characteristics are determined and quantitatively estimated when concentrations of algae are as follows: 0.05, 0.5, 5.0 and 15.0 cells/ml. An attempt is made to explain the reasons of stability of copepods ration on the basis of the analysis of their feeding behaviour elements.Сделана попытка выделить основные характеристики пищевого поведения копепод. Процесс питания рачков разделен на два этапа — поиск и потребление жертв. В первом этапе выделено семь поведенческих характеристик, во втором — одна. Проведена количественная оценка выделенных параметров для четырех концентраций водорослей: 0,05; 0,5; 5,0; 15,0 кл/мл, при питании рачков одним видом водорослей.ru
