The physiological and biochemical properties of the hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria in the water and periphyton of the system under study are compared. It is established that the percentage of cultures transforming oil hydrocarbons is higher in periphyton bacteria.Определены численность и родовая принадлежность микроорганизмов в воде и перифитоне аквариальной системы. Приведено сравнение физиолого-биохимических свойств углеводородокисляющих бактерий в воде и перифитоне изучаемой системы. Установлено, что процент культур, осуществляющих трансформацию углеводородов нефти, выше у бактерий перифитона.ru
