Heteraxionoides atlanticus sp. n. is described. It differs from the closely related H. novaezealandiae Dillon and Hargis, 1965 by the lesser number of clamps and their greater size, number of the genital atrium hooks and their greater size, number of testes and the body length to breadth ratio. The details of morphological structure of Diplectanotrema trachuri Kovaljova, 1970 are precised. Cemocotyle trachuri Kovaljova, 1970 is considered as a synonym for C. trachuri Dillon and Hargis, 1965. Differences in the invasion by monogeneans were shown with respect to the host species and region under study.У 882 экз. ставрид рода Trachurus — обыкновенной (T. trachurus trachurus), капской (Т. trachurus capensis), океанической (Т. picturatus) и черной (Т. trecae), отловленных от Северного моря вдоль африканских берегов до побережья Намибии, найдены 5 видов моногеней. Описан новый вид Heteraxinoides atlanticus sp. n. Cemocotyle trachuri Kovaljova, 1970 сведен в синоним C. trachuri Dillon et Hargis, 1965. Уточнены детали морфологического строения C. trachuri и Diplectanotrema trachuri. Показаны вариации в зараженности ставрид моногенеями в зависимости от вида хозяина и района исследования.ru
