They can be used for determination of the vegetative organ volume and for comparative ecological and anatomical analysis. The formulas of calculation and recommendation for the use of these devise methods in the comparative-anatomical research have been carried out.Впервые описана оригинальная методика определения объема воздушных полостей в листе и стебле высших водных и наземных растений, которая может быть использована для определения объема тканей вегетативных органов и сравнительного эколого-анатомического анализа. Приведены формулы расчета объема полостей и рекомендации по применению разработанной методики в сравнительно-анатомических исследованиях.ru
