Larvae specific growth rate, SGR on dry weight basis, was found 0,22 in «green» and 0,16 in «clear» water. Microalgae practically double survival (63,5% - in «green» and 37,8% - in «clear» water), reduced the quota of neutral classes, increasing n-6 and decreasing n-9 families in the total lipids of the larvae during the rotifer feeding. No correlation between the DHA/EPA contents in the larvae and their survival and growth was found.
