The maximal division rates are observed in April when keeping the culture on the north window, the minimal rates, in January in the thermoregulating apparatus at the temperature similar to the natural and illumination 1400 Ix. The highest cell division rate was accompanied by a decrease in their volume, with intermediate values of the division rates the volume of cells was maximal.Исходя из того, что динамика развития отдельных видов в культуре повторяет таковую в естественных условиях, в эксперименте при различных сочетаниях условий изучалась скорость деления клеток флагеллаты Cryptomonas vulgaris. Максимальные темпы деления получены в апреле при содержании культуры в комнатных условиях, минимальные — в январе в терморегулирующем устройстве при температуре, близкой к естественной, и освещении 1440 лк. Наибольшая скорость деления клеток сопровождалась уменьшением их объема, при среднем темпе деления объем клеток был максимальный.ru
