The bioluminescent determination of the ATP content in different dimensional plankton groups resulted in obtaining the data on percentage of bacteria as well as phyto- and zooplankton in the total ass of living organic matter in the bay and in the open part of the Black Sea.Представлены сведения по численности и биомассе бактерий в поверхностном слое воды Севастопольской бухты в зимне-весенний период. С помощью биолюминесцентного метода определения содержания АТФ в различных размерных группах планктона получены данные о содержании бактерий, а также фито- и зоопланктона в общей массе живого органического вещества в бухте и открытой части Черного моря.ru
