2018-11-222018-11-222000Экология моря. - 2000. - Вып. 53https://repository.marine-research.ru/handle/299011/4352Molecular weight of the water-soluble proteins extracted from homogenate of a soft tissue of the mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam.) was determined by methods of gel chromatography and gradient gel electrophoresis. It was shown that the protein with molecular weight 96 kD induct haemagglutination reaction. It was found this protein belongs to the mussels hemolymph proteins.Методами гель-фильтрации и электрофореза в системе Леммли установлены молекулярные массы водорастворимых белков, экстрагированных из гомогената мягких тканей мидии ( Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam.). Показано, что белок с молекулярной массой 96 кДа дает реакцию гемагглютинации. Установлено, что данный белок относится к белкам гемолимфы мидии.ru
