Ю., 2016. –242 с.https://repository.marine-research.ru/handle/299011/645The nervous system of Solostamenides mugilis (Vogt, 1879), a microcotylid monogenean parasitizing mullets in the Black Sea, was studied using anti-FMRFamide antibodies for RFamides and glyoxylic acid-induced fluorescence for catecholamines (CAs). The nervous system of this species was shown to be typical for the order Mazocraeidea: it consisted of an angular brain, 3 pairs of nerve cords, a dense, regular orthogon, a pair of large prehaptoral ganglia and 3 pairs of frontal nerves with a semicircle of nerves innervating the prohaptoral suckers and mouth. Judging from the distribution of the CA-and RFamide-reactive cells and neurites in S. mugilis, CAs can play an important role in the control of mechanoreception, and both RFamides and CAs may participate in the regulation of the functioning of the digestive system, in the integrative functions of the brain and in the modulation of muscular contractions.ruRFамид- и катехоламинэргическая нервная система моногенеи Solostamenides mugilis (Monogenea)RFamide and catecholaminergic nervous system of Solostamenides mugilis (Monogenea)
