L. — 1° S. L., 16° W. L.— 32°3' W. L.) during the 47th cruise of research vessel „Mikhail Lomonosov" (June-October, 1986). The average biomass of bacterioplankton in a layer of 0-100 m made up 50.6 mg·m-3 that of cyanobacteria — 9.9 mg·m-3. The maximal values were observed in the regions of coastal and oceanic upwellings. The maximum of biomass was observed in the 25 m layer, that of cyanobacteria — in the 50 m layer. The share of cyanobacteria at different depths of water thickness, if expressed in percentage of the total quantity of bacterioplankton and cyanobacteria, varied on the average along the ground from 0.5 up to 4.0% by the quantity and from 4.7 up to 23.4% by biomass.На крупномасштабном полигоне в тропической Атлантике (12° с. ш.—1° ю. ш., 16° з. д.—32°30' з. д.) изучали закономерности распределения бактериопланктона и цианобактерий. Средняя биомасса бактериопланктона в слое 0—100 м составила 50,6 мг·м-3 цианобактерий — 9,9 мг·м-3. Максимальные концентрации суммарной биомассы бактериопланктона и цианобактерий обнаружены в районах прибрежного и океанического апвеллингов. В процентном выражении от суммарного количества бактериопланктона и цианобактерий доля цианобактерий на различных горизонтах водной толщи изменялась в среднем по полигону от 0,5 до 4,0% — по численности и от 4,7 до 23,4% — по биомассе.ru
