A test animal group is led through a series of concentrations of a substance. This allows determination of effective concentrations for each organism and average effective concentration. The latter is a criterion of toxicity. The method demands fewer test animals and gives more exact results than other procedures.Предложена методика, основанная на определении и последующем сравнении величин, учитывающих реакции всех особей подопытной группы.
