The methods of chemical, electrical, light, ultrasound and mechanical stimulation of the planctonic bioiuminescents light emission were described. Positive and negative sides of the existing methods were analyzed. The conclusion about necessity of their combining jn the complex studies of bioluminescence was made.Рассмотрены различные способы возбуждения биолюминесценции морских динофитовых водорослей. Описаны методы химической, электрической, световой ультразвуковой и механической стимуляции светоизлучения планктонных биолюминесцентов. Проанализированы достоинства и недостатки существующих методов. Сделан вывод о необходимости их комбинирования при комплексном исследовании биолюминесценции.ru
