Материал Deep-Water Tardigrada of the Istanbul Strait’s (Bosporus) Outlet Area of the Black Sea(2013) Kharkevych, Kh. O.; Sergeeva, N. G.The results of investigations of tardigrades (2009-2010) in the Bosporus outlet area of the Black Sea are represented. For the first time two species of tardigrades Dipodarctus subterraneus (Renaud-Debyser, 1959) and Tanarctus ramazzottii (Renaud-Mornant, 1975) are recorded for the Black Sea. Tardigrades are registered on 4 stations at depths range 88-250 m. Average abundance of tardigrades widely varied from 141 to 11 440 ind./m2. The vertical distribution of tardigrades in the sediments was analyzed: most specimens (up to 98 %) found in the top 0-1 cm sediment layer.Материал The First Record of Aphallus tubarium (Trematoda, Cryptogonimidae) from the Black Sea(2004) Korniychuk, Yu. M.; Gaevskaya, A. V.The trematode Aphallus tubarium (Rudolphi, 1819) Poche, 1926 is found in the new host, the pipefish, Syngnathus typhle Linnaeus (Pisces, Syngnathidae) caught near coast of the Black Sea. Morphological description and figure of trematode are given. The genus Aphallus is recorded from the Black Sea for the first time.Материал The Growth and Longevity of Chamelea gallina (Mollusca, Veneridae) in the Black Sea(2003) Boltacheva, N. A.; Mazlumyan, S. A.Annual growth rings were found in the study of shell sections of Chamelea gallina (Linnaeus, 1758), from which the age and the longevity of Chamelea gallina were determined. Based on standard individuals, maximum age of molluscs was assessed as 9 years. Results obtained are compared with those known for Mediterranean population of the same species. It was also found that Chamelea gallina collected from different localities of the same area have comparable maximum shell length but considerably differ in the growth rate.Материал Two New Copepods of the Genus Acartia (Copepoda, Calanoida, Acartiidae) from the Coastal Sea of the South-Western Crimea (Black Sea)(2010) Pavlova, E. V.; Shmeleva, A. A.Acartia mollicula Pavlova et Shmeleva, sp. n. and A. eremeevi Pavlova et Shmeleva, sp. n. are described and figured. The copepods were found in zooplankton samples collected by the Juday net from 0—10 m depth in the coastal sea water of Martyn Bay, Sevastopol. Though the new species, A. mollicula and A. eremeevi, are similar to A. clausi (“small” form), A. margalefi Alcaraz and another Acartia from Black Sea they have smaller body size, different structure and armature of the fifth legs, and correlation between length/width of prosome and urosome,; besides, A. mollicula have the rostrum.Материал Two New Families and a New Species of Myxosporeans (Myxozoa, Myxosporea) from the Mediterranean and Black Sea Fishes(2011) Yurakhno, V. M.Descriptions of two new families — Polysporoplasmidae fam. n. (Syn. Sphaerosporidae Davis, 1917 in Sitja-Bobadilla, Alvarez-Pellitero, 1995) and Gadimyxidae fam. n. (syn. Parvicapsulidae Schulman, 1953 in Kinie et al., 2007), and one new species of myxosporeans — Gadimyxa ovale sp. n. — parasites of fishes of the Mediterranean and the Black Seas are presented. Species of the genus Gadimyxa is found for the first time in the Black Sea.
