Abstract
Description
A new principle for determining low concentrations of mineral phosphorus is suggested based on the method of isotope dilution with organisms of microplankton community used as an indicator of variation in specific activity of <sup>32</sup>P. It proves to be possible to measure mineral phosphorus content below 1μg P•1<sup>-1</sup>.
