Abstract
Викладувається підхід до моделювання еколого-економічних систем з метою оптимального управління економікою регіону при умовах стабілізації екологічної. Розглядаються методологічні питання створення структури і математичного забезпечення екологічного моніторингу на регіональному рівні. Системний моніторинг представляється як інформаційна система.
Description
The approach to modelling of economic-ecological systems is set up with the purpose of the optimum economic management of any region under conditions of stabilization of the ecological situation. The methodological problems of creation of frame and software of ecological monitoring at a regional level are considered. The system monitoring is represented as an intelligence system.
