| dc.description | Results of annual observations of Pseudocalanus population are described. The population has two dimensional morphs: big and small ones. Change in the sexual structure of each form as well as in average length of males and females are traced. The population in the inlet has a spatial structure. Central and coastal parts differ in many population characteristics of Pseudocalanus. Proceeding from the authors' own data and from those available in literature it is concluded that biomodality of size distribution of individuals is a nonspecific mechanism of the population adaptation to inhomogeneous environment. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | По результатам годовых наблюдений за популяцией псевдокалянуса показано наличие в популяции большой и малой морф. Прослежено изменение половой структуры каждой из форм и средней длины самцов и самок. Популяция в Авачинской губе имеет пространственную структуру, центральная и прибрежная части различаются по многим популяционным характеристикам псевдокалянуса. На основе собственных и литературных данных сделан вывод, что бимодальность распределения особей по размерам — неспецифический механизм приспособления популяции к неоднородной среде. | en_US |
