Description
By the computing analysis of kinetics of the primary produced particulate organic matter in plankton community, the factors are found, allowing to define the value of net primary production (PP) through data of standard radiocarbon method and quantity of consumed phytoplankton organic matter on size of a radiocarbon label, got by the consumers during an exposition . Depending on specific values of phytoplankton production and consumers respiration, received in experiment starting PP values should be increased on factor 1.02 to 2.42, starting values of a daily consumers ration — on factor 1.05 — 11, and daily assimilation — on 1.16 — 33.02.
