| dc.description | Influence of various dehydration temperature conditions on Dunaliella salina nucleinic acids has been studied. It has been found out that in the process of dehydration partial decomposition of nucleinic acids cell took place. Free nucleotide concentration increase during dehydration temperature increase was noted. The lowest concentration of free nucleotide was fixed under the temperature of 30° С and higher concentration under 70° С. DNA and PNA quantity fluctuation was fixed under example drying temperature increase. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Изучено влияние различных температур дегидратации на нуклеиновые кислоты Dunaliella salina. Установлено, что в процессе обезвоживания происходит частичный распад нуклеиновых кислот. Отмечено увеличение концентрации свободных нуклеотидов с повышением температуры обезвоживания. Самые малые концентрации свободных нуклеотидов фиксировались при температуре 30°С, более высокие - при 70°С. Зарегистрированы колебания количества РНК и ДНК с увеличением температуры обезвоживания образцов. | en_US |
