It has been shown, that eggs weights of E. spinifrons, C. maenas, P. marmoratus and X. hydrophilus average correspondingly 12,8%; 18,8%; 12,7%; 14,2% of total body weight. The eggs size varied from 0,50 to 0,64; 0,36—0,46, 0,20— 0,36 and from 0,33 to 0,48 mm correspondingly. Negative correlation between eggs size and contents of dry matter in them was noticed for all species. It has also shown that there is a clear dependence between carapax length and eggs number in females. Calorific value of seft body parts are very similar. Calorific value of E. spinifrons eggs is 5,84; of P. marmoratus — 6,17; of C. maenas — 5,82 and of X. hydrophilus — 5,60 ccal/g of dry weight. Energy expenditure for eggs production in two inwestigated species was very significant and often more hight than the total calorific capacity of the females body. It has been shown, that energy expenditures for reproduction in C. maenas and Р. marmoratus average correspondingly 0,11 and 0,05% of expenditures on females respiration on for period of eggs development.
