| dc.description | The method of fractional factorial experiment was used to study in dynamics the influence of the temperature, dispersion and concentration of oil on the rate of its destruction in the sea-water. As to the data of gravimetrical analysis the initial concentration of oil exerted the highest positive influence on the rate of the process under study. An increase in the degree of oil dispersion produced a two-lower order effect. In the beginning of the experiment the temperature influence was positive and at the close — negative. Simultaneously oil samples were analyzed: by the method of UV-spectroscopy which permitted estimating the influence of the enumerated factors on the transformation of aromatic hydrocarbons. The data obtained serve as a basis to discuss the problem on long-term utilization of the UV-spectroscopy method in certain sanitary-toxicological research. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Методом дробнофакторного эксперимента исследовалось в динамике влияние температуры, диспергирования и концентрации нефти на скорость самоочищения морской воды. Показано, что наибольшее положительное влияние на скорость трансформации углеводородов оказывает начальная концентрация нефти. Увеличение степени диспергирования нефти оказывало значительно меньшее воздействие на изучаемый процесс. Влияние температуры менялось во времени от положительного в начале до отрицательного в конце опыта. На основании полученных данных обсуждается вопрос о перспективности использования метода УФ-спектроскопии в санитарно-токсикологических исследованиях. | en_US |
