Аннотация
В районе экспериментальных мидийных плантаций в южной части Керченского пролива распределение взвешенного органического вещества (ВОВ) и личинок мидий определяется характером течений. При азовских течениях повышенные концентрации ВОВ и личинок находятся в прибрежной зоне, в основном у Крымского берега. Черноморские течения, образуя локальную антициклоническую завихренность, способствуют скоплению ВОВ и личинок в центральной части исследуемого района.
Аннотация (alternative)
Distribution of suspended organic matter (SOM) and mussel larvae in the southern part of the Kerch strait depends to a great extent on the peculiarities of water circulation. During the Black Sea currents SOM and larvae are concentrated in the central part of the strait, while during the Azov ones — in the littoral regions. The first type of currents is formed during stable winds from the southern component, the second type — during northern winds. Northern winds are most favourable for the available scheme of the mussel plantations' arrangement from the standpoint of trophic conditions and the gathering of larvae onto a collector, while winds of southern directions — for purification of coastal waters from suspensions.
