ОСОБЕННОСТИ ЛИПИДНОГО СОСТАВА ТКАНЕЙ АЗОВСКОЙ ХАМСЫ НА ПРОТЯЖЕНИИ ГОДОВОГО ЦИКЛА

| dc.description | Clear seasonal rhythms of certain lipid fractions and total concentration of lipids are found in the Azov anchovy. In the after-spawning period there occurs an intensive deposition of triglycerides in the white and red muscles and liver. In winter all the fractions are gradually mobilized. In the spring-summer (pre-spawning) period the deposited lipids (triglycerides) are intensively utilized in the energy and plastic metabolism. During spawning the triglyceride concentration in the liver and muscle in the Azov anchovy is the lowest. The same direction is found out in the dynamics of certain lipid fractions in Azov and Black Sea anchovy races, which reflects a similarity in many aspects of their biology. The white muscles of the Azov anchovy are marked to have a higher concentration of triglycerides as compared to those of the Black Sea anchovy. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | У азовской хамсы выявлены четкие сезонные ритмы отдельных липидных фракций и суммарной концентрации липидов. В посленерестовый период происходит интенсивное депонирование триглицеридов в белых и красных мышцах и печени. Зимой постепенно мобилизуются все фракции. В весенне-летний (преднерестовый период) депонированные липиды (триглицериды) интенсивно используются в энергетическом и пластическом обмене. Во время нереста снижение концентрации триглицеридов в печени и мышцах азовской хамсы наибольшее. Выявлена одинаковая направленность динамики отдельных липидных фракций обеих рас хамсы, что отражает сходство многих сторон их биологии. В белых мышцах азовской хамсы отмечена более высокая концентрация триглицеридов по сравнению с таковыми черноморской хамсы. | en_US |
