Abstract
Using the data available on generation time, life span, and number of eggs for marine nematodes, the daily specific production has been calculated. For approximate estimations of the specific production (C) for nematodes in natural populations as a function of water temperature (To) the following equation is proposed: C = 0.08 70.96.
