Под действием ПМП в организме развивается неспецифическая адаптационная реакция — «реакция тренировки», которая и лежит в основе защитного эффекта магнитного поля.

A change in the respiration intensity under the effect of the SMF is determined by duration of the latter influence and physiological state of the organism. A long stay in the SMF evokes inhibition in the respiration intensity in Artemia salina L. An expressed afteraction of the SMF is retained for some period after cessation of the SMF action. The period of respiration normalization in Artemia salina L. is accompanied by short-time intensification in oxygen consumption. A multiple effect of the SMF evokes an increase in the protecting functions of the organism with respect to the influence of harmful agents of physical, chemical and biological nature.
