Total results of work of the Azov Research Institute of Fishery for 1971-1975 are considered. Main points of this work are devoted to a complex study of ecological system of the Sea of Azov, its fish resources and processes of their reproduction. Plants and measures for optimization of commersial use of these resources are worked out.
