| dc.description | The composition of planktonic algae growing under the conditions of bottom sediment additions to the sterile sea water (S.S.W.) and Goldberg culture medium (CM) is presented. It is noted that the addition of nutrients stimulates the growth and the subsequent division of diatoms in mixed cultures. The algae are shown to differ in the composition and numbers depending on whether sediments are taken from a coastal or a deep-sea station. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Приводится состав планктонных водорослей, прорастающих при посеве навесок донных грунтов на стерильную морскую воду (СМВ) и питательную среду Гольдберга (ПС). Отмечается стимулирующее влияние добавок элементов питания на прорастание и последующее деление диатомовых водорослей в получаемых смешанных культурах. Показано различие в составе и количестве водорослей при высеве грунтов с прибрежной и глубоководных станций. | |
