РАСПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ КОНЦЕНТРАЦИИ АТФ ПИКО- И НАНОПЛАНКТОНА В ЗАПАДНОЙ ЧАСТИ ТРАНСАТЛАНТИЧЕСКОГО ПОЛИГОНА

| dc.description | When estimating horizontal heterogeneity of polygon distribution of ATP concentration of two dimensional groups of microplankton the variability introduced by the time variable was taken into account. That is why the spatial component (in the units of deviation from „norm") was obtained by the exclusion of daily average trend. The distribution of ATP concentrations of pico- and nannoplankton under the subtracted trend was of strongly pronounced spotty structure. Local zones of ATP maxima of two dimensional groups of microplankton were, as a rule, distributed in the periphery of the jet of the Intertrade Wind countercurrent and were confined to the lense of unfreshened waters. As to the character of vertical distribution of ATP concentration the cross-sections on a polygon were typified (I type — ATP distribution is uniform in the whole photic layer; II type — ATP distribution is of mosaic character, the regions with its high values alternate with those of its low content; III type — intermediate — zones of ATP high values are observed against the uniform ground of its distribution. The ATP share of picoplankton has been estimated in the common pool oi adenosinetriphosphate of microplankton which is 43% at an average (variation limits 18—70%). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Определена временная (суточная) изменчивость в распределении АТФ двух размерных групп микропланктона в поверхностном слое западной части трансатлантического полигона. Пространственная компонента (в единицах отклонения от «нормы») получена путем исключения среднесуточного тренда. При вычтенном тренде распределение АТФ пико- и нанопланктона имело четко выраженную пятнистую структуру. В целом локальные зоны максимумов АТФ двух размерных групп микропланктона располагались по периферии струи Межпассатного противотечения и были приурочены к линзе распресненных вод. Отмечено несовпадение локальных зон максимумов АТФ пико- и нанопланктона на акватории полигона, связанное, очевидно, с сукцессией микропланктонного сообщества. Оценена доля АТФ пикопланктона в общем пуле аденозинтрифосфата микропланктона, равная в среднем 43% (предел колебаний 18—70%). По характеру вертикального распределения концентрации АТФ проведена типизация разрезов на полигоне. | en_US |
