| dc.description | A new variant of a gradient method of thin-layer chromatography for lipids and hydrocarbons is suggested with various ways of its application considered. Finished 50x150 mm Siluphol plates рrе-treated with alcohol solution of phosphomolybdic acid are used for chromatography. Fractionation is improved dueto formation of a polarity gradient of the developing solvent on the basis of the «chamber in chamber» principle combined with utilization of volatile organic solvents of different polarity. The gradient is formed as a result of gradual replacement of more polar solvent evaporating in its movement upwards the plate by a less polar one due to the latter sorption from the vapour phase. Employment of two chromatographic chambers saturated with various solvents and inserted one into another creates an eluating solvent polarity gradient of required rate of change. To reveal the fractionated substances it is enough to heat the plate at 100° С for 10 min. The method is high-sensitive, sufficiently rapid and simple with high resolution. | en_US |

Хроматографическое разделение осуществляется на пластинках «Силуфола», предварительно обработанных спиртовым раствором фосфорномолибденовой кислоты. Для создания градиента полярности используется принцип «камера в камере» в сочетании с растворителями различной полярности. Разделенные вещества обнаруживаются путем нагрева хроматограммы при 100° С в течение 10 мин. Метод прост и обладает высокой разрешающей способностью. | en_US |
