The Algae Oscillatoria Vauch. magnesium requirement are strongly determinated of each concrete density of light flow and with down-fall of light intensity in interval 275—0 mkE/m2∙sec-1 are increase. The highest values of growth and biomass going out are observe at combination of highest (from research) values of light intensity and C:Mg relation in nutrient solution. The increasing of Algae magnesium requirements in the interval 275—26 mkE/m2∙sec-1 is connected with need of dark respiration and photosynthesis stimulation at down-fall of light flow.
