| dc.description | A more soft approach different in comparison with a traditional one (LD50, LD100) is suggested during the study of hydrocarbons effect on the diatoms. The basis of this approach is the registration of morphometric changes and removals of time intervals which characterize the peculiarities of diatoms cells cycles passage. A whole complex of morphometric signs of the “response” to the effect allows to introduce not only a number of new criteria of the early diagnostics of cells damage by oil-products but to treat the setting of LTD standards in nature communities and ecosystems with a more sound basis depending on the physiological state of species, the stage of its development and peculiarities of reproduction as well as with the time of algae contact with a toxicant. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | При исследовании действия углеводородов на диатомовые водоросли предлагается иной по сравнению с традиционным (ЛД50, ЛД100), более мягкий подход, в основу которого положена регистрация морфометрических изменений и смещений временных интервалов, характеризующих особенности прохождения клеточных циклов диатомей. В зависимости от физиологического состояния вида, стадии его развития, особенностей размножения, а также времени контакта водорослей с токсикантом совокупность морфометрических признаков «отклика» на воздействие позволяет не только ввести ряд новых критериев ранней диагностики повреждения клеток нефтепродуктами, но и более обоснованно подойти к установлению норм ПДК в природных сообществах и экосистемах. | en_US |
