Настоящее сообщение основано на материалах, собранных от нототениевых рыб Атлантики и Антарктики, и содержит описание нового рода миксоспоридий.
Аннотация (alternative)
Neoparvicapsula gen. n. (Myxosporidia, Parvicapsulidae) is described from the nothotenoid fishes caught in the South Atlantic. It differs from Parvicapsula Schulman, 1953 by the presence of four polar capsules and by the shells strongly elongated in the sutural direction. Ceratomyxa lobata Evdokimova, 1977 is transferred to the genus Parvicapsula. The main ways of evolution of the family Parvicapsulidae are discussed and the position of the Parvicapsulidae in the suborder Euryporea is defined more precisely.
