Аннотация
В эксперименте с донными осадками, содержащими разное количество углеводородов, изучена численность некоторых групп анаэробных микроорганизмов, принимающих участие в преобразовании нефтепродуктов в грунтах. Отмечено, что увеличение сульфатредуцирующих, бродильных и углеводородокисляющих бактерий связано с наличием в донных осадках органического вещества углеводородного и неуглеводородного характера. Хроматограммы метано-нафтеновых углеводородов подтверждают сведения о том, что в анаэробных условиях процессы деструкции нефтепродуктов значительно замедлены.
Аннотация (alternative)
The quantity of certain groups of anaerobic microorganisms taking part in transformation of oil products in grounds is studied in the experiment with bottom sediments containing different amounts of hydrocarbons. It is found that an increase in the amount of the sulphate-reducing, fermentative and hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria depends on the presence of organic matter either of the hydrocarbon or nonhydrocarbon character in bottom sediments. The presented chromatograms of methane-naphthalene hydrocarbons confirm information on a considerable retardation of oil product destruction processes under anaerobic conditions.
