| dc.description | While exposing mussels under conditions of anaerobiosis and in sea water with different concentration of copper and arsenic ions the concentration dynamics is obtained for hydrogen ions (pH), organic solutes (OS) and ninhydrin-positive substances (NPS). The experiments were carried out in the mantle liquid of Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam. and in their environment. Excreted products under anaerobiosis are accumulated to a greater extent in sea water of experimental vessels. When exposing mussels in the medium containing copper ions, metabolites are accumulated in the mantle liquid of mussels. The arsenic-organic complexes induce a decrease in the OS, NPS and pH both in the mantle liquid and in the environment. A degree of changes in these indices depends on the toxin concentration and chemical origin. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Изучено влияние ионов меди и мышьякорганики, входящих в состав противообрастаемых красок, на уровень рН, азотистой и суммарной органики в мантийной жидкости (МЖ) мидий и окружающей их среде. После 48-часовой экспозиции мидий в среде с ионами Cu2+ наблюдалось повышение содержания НПВ, РОВ и понижение рН в МЖ мидий, возрастающее пропорционально росту концентраций меди от 0,1 до 10 мг/л. При экспонировании мидий в соединениях мышьяка (хлор-феноксарсин и п-оксид) уровень РОВ и НПВ понижался как в МЖ, так и в окружающей их среде. В анаэробных условиях наблюдался рост НПВ и РОВ в морской воде, при этом рН снижалось более чем на 1. Перечисленные показатели чувствительны к различным стрессам и могут быть использованы в качестве индексов метаболизма мидий при экстремальных воздействиях, а также для характеристики условий среды. | en_US |
