Аннотация
Исследованы эколого-физиологические особенности активности ферментов энергетического обмена у малоподвижной скорпены (Scorpaena porcus L.) и быстроплавающей ставриды (Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev) на протяжении полного годового цикла. Определяли активность цитоплазматической ЛДГ, митохондриальных СДГ и АТФазы в печени, красных и белых мышцах рыб. В качестве дополнительных показателей особенностей метаболизма в тканях рыб использовали содержание белка и фосфора неорганического (Фн) в митохондриях тканей. Установлено, что у этих рыб, близких по систематическому положению и биологии, но отличающихся уровнем естественной подвижности, имеются значительные различия в активности ферментов энергетического обмена, содержании Фн и белка в митохондриях. В большинстве периодов годового цикла величина исследованных показателей выше в тканях подвижной ставриды.
Аннотация (alternative)
The ecological and physiological peculiarities of the energy metabolism enzyme activity have been studied in the low-mobile Scorpaena porcus L. and high-speed Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev during the full-year cycle. The activity of cytoplasmic LDH, mitochondrial SDN and ATPase was determined in liver, red and white muscles of fishes. The content of protein and inorganic phosphorus (Pi) in tissue mitochondria were used as additional indices of metabolism peculiarities in fish tissues. Activity of energy metabolism enzymes, Pi and protein content in mitochondria of the above fish similar as to systematic position and biology but differing in the natural mobility level are found to be considerably different. In the most periods of the year cycle the value of the studied indices is higher in tissues of the mobile Trachurus mediterraneus ponticus Aleev.
