Abstract
На примере C-14-органических веществ (тирозин-C-14, смешанный гидролизат-C-14 из талломов макрофитов), имитирующих внешние органические метаболиты водорослей, исследована динамика накопления их в теле черноморских архианнелид при постоянной концентрации исследуемых веществ и определена зависимость удельных величин накопления субстратов от концентрации их в среде. Полученные зависимости позволяют рассчитывать удельные скорости накопления внешних метаболитов в теле S. papillocercus для различных биотопов.
Description
On the example of C-14-organic substances (tyrosine-C-14, mixed hydrolyzate C-14 from thalli of macrophytes) imitating external organic metabolites of algae, the dynamics of their accumulation in the body of Archiannelida from the Black Sea is studied, the concentration of the substances under study being constant, and specific values of substrate accumulation are determined as dependent on their concentration in the environment. The dependences obtained permit the specific rates of external metabolites accumulation in the body of S. papillocercus to be calculated for different biotopes.
