Аннотация
Изучена динамика органических компонентов химического состава в теле эвфаузииды Euphausia americana. Материал собран в Гвинейском заливе во время 29-го рейса НИС «Профессор Водяницкий» в октябре—ноябре 1989 г. Результаты исследования показали, что данные об уровне белка в теле эвфаузиид могут быть использованы для пространственной оценки состояния их популяций.
Аннотация (alternative)
The paper is devoted to the study of dynamics of organic components of chemical composition in the body of Euphausia americana. The data were collected in the Gulf of Guinea during the 29th cruise of the research vessel „Professor Vodyanitsky" in Ociober-November, 1989. It was established that the content of protein in Crustacea varied from 5.0 to 20.6% per wet body mass, that of total lipids -- from 0.5 to 2.4%. True correlation (0.79) between the protein content in the euphausira body and their biomass has been found. Investigation results prove that the data concerning the protein level in the Euphausia body may be used for the spatial estimate of the state of their populations.
