Abstract
Исследовали действие температур (5, 9, 17 и 22° С) на скорость обмена и роста у представителя отряда Isopoda — Idotea baltica, обитающего в прибрежной зоне Черного моря. Эксперименты проводили на четырех возрастных группах со средней сухой массой тела 3,9; 8,1; 15,7.и 30,3 мг. Получены уравнения зависимости скорости обмена от массы тела при четырех исследуемых температурах. Рассчитаны абсолютный суточный прирост идотей, а также средняя удельная скорость роста для всего размерного диапазона. Определены затраты энергии на энергетический и пластический обмен и коэффициенты роста К2. Отмечено незначительное изменение К2 с температурой.
Description
The effect of temperatures (5, 19, 17 and 22° C) on the metabolism and growth rates was studied in a representative of the Isopoda order, Idotea baltica, inhabiting the littoral zone of the Black Sea. The experiments were carried out in four age groups with average dry weight of the body equaling 3.9, 8.1, 15.7 and 30.3 mg. Equations are obtained for the metabolism rate-body mass dependence at four temperatures mentioned. An absolute daily increment of I. baltica and the average specific growth rate are determined for the whole size range. Energy expenditures for energy and plastic metabolism are calculated with growth coefficients K2 evaluated. This coefficient is stated to slightly change with temperature.
