Изучен линейный и генеративный рост и сезонные изменения массы тела мидии Mytilus galloprovincials в естественных условиях на протяжении годового цикла. Анализировано также содержание белка в мантии и гонадах. Определены относительные величины соматических и генеративных тканей в общем приросте массы тела. Изучены среднесуточные приросты сухой массы тела мидий на протяжении годового цикла, их связь с температурным фактором и стадиями гаметогенеза.
Аннотация (alternative)
Various growth characteristics of the Black Sea mussel Mytilus galloprovincials (weight, length, generation) in nature have been investigated throughout the year. Together with weight and length indices the biochemical parameters were used as well: protein content in gonad and pallium, which gave an opportunity to observe protein increment dynamics in these tissues. Relative values of somatic and generative tissues in the total increase of the body weight were determined. Mean daily increases of dry weight of mussels, their relationship with temperature and stages of gametogenesis were considered throughout the year.
