| dc.description | The material (51 dredger and 24 trawl samples) was obtained in the region of the Ebro river estuary during three voyages of the research vessel "Academician A. Kovalevsky" in 1974, 1978 and 1979. Granulomere analysis of the ground permits distinguishing 8 types of sediments; among which sand with mud and shell limestone and pelitic mud are most distributed. The mean quantity and biomass of macrozoobenthos are determined for each type of a sediment, the first is the highest on sand (254 specimens per m2), the second — on pelitic mud (9.6 g/m2). Polychaeta is a dominating group of infauna and decapods — of epifauna. A definite dependence is observed between the sediment composition and mass development of certain species determining the trophic structure of the benthic fauna. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Представлены результаты обработки бентосного материала (51 дночерпательная и 20 траловых проб), собранного во время трех рейсов НИС «Академик Ковалевский» в Балеарском море, в районе устья р. Эбро. В результате гранулометрического анализа выделено 8 типов осадков, среди которых преобладали два — песок с илом и ракушей и пелитовый ил. Для каждого типа осадков получены данные по средней численности и биомассе макрозообентоса. Выявлена трофическая структура донного населения и названы наиболее характерные виды. Обнаружена определенная зависимость между составом осадков и массовым развитием некоторых бентонтов. | en_US |
