Water of the hydrogen sulphide zone of the Black Sea after its exposure to the air becomes nontoxic for the investigated Dinoflagellates. The deep aquatic medium looses xenobiotic properties and manifests biogenic ones which provide (as compared to the surface water) larger increment of the number of Dinoflagellates species studied as well as higher level of phosphate accumulation and assimilation in the process of ecological metabolism of green algae Ulva rigida.
