Geological, geophysical and hydroacoustic study of the location, morphology of ancient river valleys sediments of the north-west Black Sea shelf are performed. The possibility of submarine — discharge as a river-bed drain is confirmed by the hydrology and hydrochemical data. It is important.for the estimate of resources and most efficient use of fresh underground waters of the Black Sea region and for solution of some theoretical problems.
