Медь увеличивает суммарное содержание аминокислот гемолимфы, снижает количество водорастворимого белка в печени, общего белка гемолимфы, подавляет содержание сульфгидрильных групп белков в печени и жабрах.
Аннотация (alternative)
Copper lowers the content of water-soluble protein in the liver and total protein fn the hemolymph, which may evidence for a disturbance of the protein synthesis in the liver. Copper increases the total amount of amino acids in the hemolymph and inhibits the content of sulphydryl protein groups in the liver and gills. Biochemical changes in the liver, gills and hemolymph are associated with a disturbance of the cell structure due to the copper accumulation in cell components.
