Abstract
Сборник содержит обобщение результатов, полученных в 24-м рейсе НИС "Академик Книпович", 15-м рейсе НИС "Витязь" и предшествующих рабог в прибрежной зоне. Впервые проведена серия широтных разрезов до уреза воды, на которых выполнены комплексные экологические исследования, включающис стандартные гидролого-гидрохимические работы, биохимическое и микробиологическое изучение морской воды, взвеси и донных осадков. Гидробиологические исследования включали определения фито- и зоопланктона, а также макрозообентоса. Первичная продукция и деструкция помимо традиционных методов определялась по изотопам 15N и 14C. Хемосинтез и сульфат-редукцию определяли с использованием 35S. Завершают комплекс исследований определения тяжелых металлов, ПАУ, пестицидов и нефтепродуктов. Дополнительно рассмотрены проблемы сброса сточных вод в прибрежную зону.
Description
Results are summarized of studies carried out during the 24th cruise of the R/V "Akademik Knipovich" and the 15th cruise of the R/V "Vityaz" as well as of previous investigations conducted in inshore areas. A series of latitudinal sections was made for the first time up to the water edge to perform complex ecological surveys including standard hydrologo-hydrochemical studies and biochemical and microbiological analyses of sea water, particulate suspended matter and bottom sediments. Hydrobiological investigations were made to reveal phyto- and zooplankton and macrozoobenthos abundance. Primary production and destruction values were determined both with traditional methods and from the 15N and 14C isotopes. 35S was used in chaemosynthesis and sulfate-reduction determinations. Contents of heavy metals, pests, surfactants and petroleum products were elucidated. Consideration is given to the problem of sewage discharge into the coastal area.
