| dc.description | In connection with the development of managed marine farms it is necessary to thoroughly study all the links of the biological sea system. Seasonal dynamics of abundance and production activity of bacterioplankton in the littoral zone of the Black Sea has been investigated in the work. It is stated that values of the bacterioplankton biomass in the surface layer of the Laspi bay in spring-summer period achieved the level typical of the mesotrophic areas of the Black sea. Producing of bacterial mass and its eating-out by zooplankton were the most active in August. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | В прибрежной зоне Черного моря в бухте Ласпи определяли общую численность и биомассу бактерий методом прямого счета на мембранных ультрафильтрах и продукционную активность по приросту числа бактерий за время экспозиции. Величины численности и биомассы бактериопланктона в поверхностном слое соответствовали уровню мезотрофных вод. Обнаружены сезонные различия в размерах бактериальных клеток. В весенне-летний период клетки бактерий были значительно крупнее, чем осенью. Наибольшая продукционная активность бактериопланктона в поверхностном слое наблюдалась в августе. Около половины продуцируемой биомассы бактериопланктона включалось в пищевую цепь. | en_US |
