| dc.description | The nutrition of females of two most mass species of Copepoda-filtrators in the Guinea bay — N. minor and E. subtenuis distinguished by the dimension, character of vertical distribution, ability to filtration and consumption of food objects was studied in the comparative aspect. 70 species of Copepoda, primarily Diatomea (34 species) and Pyrrophyta (19) were found in food composition, as to the specific weight 2-3 species of Diatomea predominate; fungi, Protozoa and nauplia of Copepoda are less variable and their role in the Copepoda ratio is small. The food of N. minor is more variable and less constant than of E. subtenuis; it has vertical distribution narrower than N. minor and is stint in food choice. Close values of indices of intestine filling and diurnal ratios of Copepoda of both species testify to the letter fodder conditions for big (2.45 times as much as N. minor) E. subtenuis in the investigated region. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Приведены данные о составе пищи самок двух наиболее массовых видов тропических копепод, отличающихся размерами, характером вертикального распределения, способностью к фильтрации и потреблению пищевых объектов. Проводится анализ размерного состава кормовых объектов в кишечниках рачков и сравнение его с видовым и размервым составом фитопланктона. Сделан вывод о питании рачков в основном крупными формами водорослей и о более благоприятных в связи с этим условиях питания для крупного E. subtenuis no сравнению с мелким N. minor. | en_US |
