| dc.description | The process of the auxosporeformation in a centrical diatomie Coscinodiscus gigas Ehr. in the culture has been studied. The auxosporeformation fulfills in several stages and significantly stretches in the time. The diameter of large cells forming from the auxospores is 91—167 μm. The dimensional bound of the auxosporeformation is within 65—18,6 μm. The greatest probability of detection and the quantity of alga cells in plankton are connected with the early-spring, autumn and winter seasons. The periods of the cell enlargement in the sea coincide with the moments of the ‘species intensive vegetation in plankton. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Изучен процесс ауксоспорообразования у центрической диатомовой водоросли Coscinodiscus gigas Ehr. в культуре. Ауксоспорообразование осуществляется в несколько этапов и значительно растянуто во времени. Диаметр крупных клеток, формирующихся из ауксоспор, составляет 91—167 мкм. Размерная граница ауксоспорообразования находится в области 65,5—18,6 мкм. Наибольшая встречаемость и численность клеток водоросли в планктоне приурочены к ранневесеннему, осеннему и зимнему сезонам года. Периоды укрупнения клеток в море совпадают с моментами интенсивной вегетации вида в планктоне. | en_US |
