dc.descriptionCopper accumulation in the mussels organisms was found at doses less than those at which there occurs intoxication of the animals. Lethal termination comes with the copper content of 45-70 mg/kg mussel ash dry mass. The range between the minimum toxic dose and absolutely lethal one for mussels is within the limits of 25-125 μg/l. During the first 48 hours copper is accumulated in the liver, muscles, gills, gonads, mantle fluid. On the 12th day of the experiment the highest amount of copper is found in the gills. The accumulated copper is excreted by the organism for 30 days.en_US
dc.description.abstractНакопление меди в организме мидий обнаружено при дозах меньше тех, при которых наблюдается интоксикация животных. Летальный исход наступает при содержании меди 45—70 мг/кг сухой массы золы мидий. Диапазон между минимально токсической и абсолютно летальной дозами для мидий лежит в пределах от 25 до 125 мкг/л. В первые двое суток медь накапливается в печени, мышцах, жабрах, гонадах, мантийной жидкости. На 12-е сутки опыта наибольшее количество меди обнаруживается в жабрах. Накопленная медь организмом выделяется в течение 30 суток.en_US
